Thank nice in a lifetime safari experience We are a family of four who were looking to travel back to Tanzania for safari and to connect with the local culture- we let Albert know our preferences and he put together an amazing i to start for us complete with game drives, top notch hotel selections, and a chance to enjoy some local foods and customs. Albert was by the best safari guide I have ever traveled with. He is truly a nature conservationist who was able to educate us on the flora fauna and landscape- it was fantastic. He was good natured accommodating and has a real passion for the work he does. I would highly recommend him- he gave us an experience of a lifetime!

Outstanding Safari Guide We were fortunate to have Albert Absay as our guide for a nine-day safari through three parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti. We also had the pleasure of a guided day tour of Arusha’s markets and neighborhoods. Whether in the city or out on safari, Albert shared his vast knowledge of Tanzania and its rich culture and wildlife. With a background in wildlife conservation, he is happy to share a wealth of information about each animal species we encountered. You name it and Albert can tell you all about its habits and habitat. His ability to spot animals from far away never ceased to amaze us. That, plus Albert’s many contacts within the safari business, assure a top-notch safari experience for his clients regardless of budget. We enjoyed Albert’s company every day of our safari and we were sad to say goodbye to someone who became our friend in a short amount of time. We were always in good hands and never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Albert is quick to smile and laugh and willing to resolve any issues that come up along the way. If you are looking for a custom safari experience based on your personal interests and budget, we highly recommend Albert Absay as a trusted and knowledgeable guide. He is the nature expert of Nature Expert Adventures.

Destinations

Arusha National Park

Whether you need a desk, office, meeting room, or just a friendly place to work for the day, we have you covered. Our coworking community includes startups, small businesses, freelancers, artists & makers. Everyone is welcome. The entrance gate leads into shadowy montane forest inhabited by inquisitive blue monkeys and colourful turacos and trogons – the only place on the northern safari circuit where the acrobatic black-and-white colobus monkey is easily seen. In the midst of the forest stands the spectacular Ngurdoto Crater, whose steep, rocky cliffs enclose a wide marshy floor dotted with herds of buffalo and warthog. Further north, rolling grassy hills enclose the tranquil beauty of the Momela Lakes, each one a different hue of green or blue. Their shallows sometimes tinged pink with thousands of flamingos, the lakes support a rich selection of resident and migrant waterfowl, and shaggy waterbucks display their large lyre-shaped horns on the watery fringes. Giraffes glide across the grassy hills, between grazing zebra herds, while pairs of wide-eyed dik-dik dart into scrubby bush like overgrown hares on spindly legs. Although elephants are uncommon in Arusha National Park, and lions absent altogether, leopards and spotted hyenas may be seen slinking around in

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara is a scenic gem that stretches for 50 kilometers along the base of the rusty-gold 600-meter-high Rift Valley escarpment, with a setting described by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa.” Manyara’s small game-viewing circuit is a virtual microcosm of the Tanzanian safari experience. The road winds through a lush jungle-like groundwater forest from the entrance gate, where baboon troops of hundreds of individuals lounge casually along the roadside, blue monkeys scamper nimbly between the ancient mahogany trees, dainty bushbuck tread warily through the shadows, and outsized forest hornbills honk cacophonously in the high canopy. The grassy floodplain, with its expansive views eastward across the alkaline lake to the jagged blue volcanic peaks that rise from the endless Maasai Steppes, contrasts with the intimacy of the forest. Large herds of buffalo, wildebeest, and zebra, as well as giraffes – some of which are so dark in color that they appear black from a distance – congregate on these grassy plains. Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants frequent a narrow belt of acacia woodland inland of the floodplain. The diminutive Kirk’s dik-dik forages in the shade of the acacias, while squadrons of banded mongoose

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

The famous Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact caldera, forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometers with sides up to 600 meters deep, and the stalking ground of around 20,000 to 30,000 wild animals at any given time. Grassland, swamps, lerai forest (small patches of forest made up of yellow barked acacia or ‘yellow fever tree’), and Lake Makat, a central soda lake filled by the Munge river, are among the ecological environments found on the crater floor. Despite the fact that animals are free to move in and out of this contained environment, the rich volcanic soil, lush forests, and spring source lakes on the crater floor tend to incline both grazers and predators to stay. Ngorongoro Crater is also one of the best places in Tanzania to see the endangered Black Rhino, and a small population thrives in this idyllic and protected environment – one of the few places in the world where they can still breed in the wild. As a result, the crater contains an amazing microcosm of East African wildlife, and is said to be Africa’s most densely packed wildlife concentration. As a result, it has gained international acclaim and attracts an
