"Trees Today for a Thriving Tomorrow"

Our guests can buy an indigenous sapling to be planted in Tanzania’s area in need of a tree. Our representatives with community members as part of the Tanzania Trees for Change initiative. Growing a trees in these villages, Water sources, plains and other areas is recommended.

Trees are a gift from nature that provide oxygen while also absorbing carbon dioxide and other potentially harmful gases. They also fix nitrates into the soil, making it more fertile for other plants, such as vegetables, and improving the water quality of an area. Trees also provide a safe and attractive environment for children to play and learn. Guests will also have the option of having their saplings planted in areas where old forests have been damaged by age, fires, weather, elephants, or man. Every location will be carefully chosen to maximize the tree’s environmental and community benefits.

To prevent damage, all of the trees planted will be protected, and participants will receive a photo of their sapling with community members on the day it is planted. Trees will be planted in areas that are ‘owned,’ usually in private yards and in the general water source spaces, in order to be cared for, watered, and so on, unless they are part of helping to restore a previously damaged area in the concession. The guest will have the option to choose. You can rest assured that by supporting Trees for Change, you are contributing to a more enriched and rewarding environment that values community and nature wherever we travel.

Upon booking, our team will provide instructions on how to plant and return your tree.
